You can pause and return anytime. Your progress is saved automatically with a unique link.
After submission, you'll receive a portal link to track your Form 4 status 24/7.
How Do You Want to Own It?
Answer 3 questions and we'll recommend the right entity type for your situation. This affects what paperwork is needed and who can legally possess the item.
1. Will anyone else — spouse, partner, adult child — ever need to use this without you present?
2. Is this stored at a shared home where others have access?
3. Do you want your family to keep this if something happens to you — without legal complications?
