1. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Under federal law you must be 21 or older to purchase a handgun and 18 or older to purchase a long gun from a licensed dealer. By using the site and clearing our age-verification prompt, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not prohibited from possessing firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
2. Firearm Sales & Transfers
- All firearm transactions are subject to federal law and the laws of Wisconsin and the buyer’s state of residence.
- Every firearm is shipped only to a licensed FFL for transfer to the buyer — never directly to a non-licensed individual.
- The buyer must pass a NICS background check and complete ATF Form 4473 at the receiving FFL before any firearm is released.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale or transfer at our sole discretion, including where we believe a transaction may be unlawful or a straw purchase.
- Once Form 4473 is completed and a firearm is released, the sale is final.
3. Online Orders & Pricing
- Placing an order is a purchase request; it does not guarantee availability. We confirm availability before charging payment.
- Prices, fees, and availability may change without notice and may reflect real-time distributor inventory.
- Orders requiring transfer must designate a receiving FFL. Our standard transfer fee is $40 unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of any amount charged.
4. Shipping & Compliance
We ship within the United States to licensed dealers and, where lawful, accessories directly to customers. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the item is legal in their jurisdiction (for example, magazine-capacity or feature restrictions). We do not export firearms and comply with applicable ITAR/EAR controls.
5. Training & Service Bookings
Training and service bookings are subject to scheduling and the cancellation terms in our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information on any firearms paperwork, attempt to acquire a firearm on behalf of a prohibited person, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAC10, LLC d/b/a Whiskey Tango Firearms LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item or service in dispute.
8. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
